to the quintessential gentleman who vanished in thin air

you never failed to make me laugh with all your effortless hirits (especially the stinkpad and relationshit episodes :D). pero, grabe, pang "maalaala mo kaya" ang iyong rollercoaster lovelife. talong talo mo ako. but you know what, despite the drama filled story, it doesn't make you less of a man. idol ka namin. two girls and i were having our bonding session one saturday afternoon while i was working in your table ('coz the manong is vacuuming our area and leaving this irritating buzzing sound in my left ear whenever he turns off the vacuum cleaner). we agreed at the same thought... you're the quintessential gentleman that every guy should look up to because from the way we saw you, you're the ultimate prince charming a girl could ever dream of. plus the fact that you rave on "the notebook" movie, watching it twice and making kwento about it to us with passion. saan ka pa ng guy who has this sensitive side na parang girl at di lang puro kamanyakan ang takbo ng isip? (well, i wouldn't know naman what exactly what goes inside your head, eh i'm not a mind reader.. and why would i even bother?!?) the two girls got so carried away that they started bugging me to pair us. like, duh. you're taken, i was some-kind-of-taken (in a 'status quo' way, which i know you know what i mean) that time yet they're gonna make a project out of us. and for some reason, they confessed that they're dying to tell it to me since they saw us talking: bagay daw tayo. nye.. whatever.. i've never taken them seriously anyway.. but we really had a good laugh at it anyway... later on, we get by on those pang-aasar.. we even laughed at those hirits when our office friends say it out loud right in front of our faces that we were bagay and all.. and you know what? i'm happy because we weren't affected at all. despite the uuuy's and yihee's, we knew beforehand where we stand. those were the times that assured me i've got a friend in you. you've kept me sane when i went through the crazy loops during the latter part of the rollercoaster i was riding back then. for that, a very big thank you. for someone who has his own rollercoaster, i never imagined you giving me so much clarity in this aspect of life. it does sound ironic coming from you. so what, right? life is a bunch of ironies anyway. ;)

there's one reason why i'm looking for you now. you're the first person i wanted to tell the official news, straight from the primary source. it's official, it's me and him. :)
